Try this sweet, tangy, minty summer drink
Large handful of fresh mint leaves
2 Tbs sugar
Crushed ice
1/2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
2 1/2 cups tonic water, chilled
mint sprigs & lemon slices to decorate
Crush the mint leaves with the sugar. Transfer the mixture to a pitcher and fill the pitcher with plenty of crushed ice. Add the lemon juice, grapefruit juice and tonic water. Stir gently and serve decorated with sprigs of mint and lemon slices.
